Combined power-plant-plus-data-center investment reported at $3.5 billion or more; 280 acres purchased for $1.358 million, of which about 200 acres is designated for the power plant and data center and 80 acres for a commercial/industrial subdivision.
Natural gas supplied via an Energy Transfer connection; built under Oklahoma's SB 480 'behind the meter' law to serve a co-located data center rather than the grid.
Announced by developer Chet Hitt with Citizen Capital (financing, led by Bond Payne) and Lightfield Energy (plant construction, led by Billy Sorenson).
